How do I register?

With a quick signup and onboarding, your account and store should be ready to use. Follow the signup form, here.

Do you offer a trial period?

Yes! We sure do. Start a trial for 14 days and try out the software.

Do you charge for bandwidth or storage?

We do not have any fees that applies for bandwidth costs, however all accounts will be soft capped with a 2000MB storage limitation.

How do I get paid?

At a cost of R10 and a minimum pay-out of R800 we release your accumulated total once monthly into your bankaccount.

Do you have any commission fees?

Yes, we only take 8% off the total for every successful transaction that goes through our payment processor.

Do you charge any setup fees?

No, only the monthly subscription cost, unless you want us to do something custom for you, which will be quoted at a hourly development rate.

Can I cancel my subscription and get a refund?

Our subscription plans are a month to month contract so you can cancel at any time, however we do not offer any refunds.

When will my account be billed?

When you subscribe for a paying plan we calculate a prorated amount which you’re immediately billed for thereafter monthly billing takes place on the 1st of each month.

What currency will I be billed in?

ZAR

Will my website be visible on google?

Beetroute offers SEO & SEM by default, however we can’t guarantee a top listing on google.

How many products can we upload?

We currently do not have any product limitations on our subscription plans.

What if my products have different sizes or colours?

Utilizing our product variations feature, you can add different variations of a specific product, like color, size, make, model and many more.

What delivery options do you include?

The Beetroute product does not currently offer any delivery services, all delivery should therefore be managed by the Store Owner.

Who manages the delivery of goods?

The delivery of goods is the sole responsibility of the Store Owner.

What payment methods are accepted?

We currently use Payfast as our payment processor, but you have the option to set up an EFT option for your customers to pay via bank transfer.

How safe is it buying on Beetroute websites?

We do not store any credit or debit card information and all payments are redirected to a secure server via PayFast.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, you can connect your own domain or use your personal beetroute.co.za subdomain.
